I believe that humans are wired for connection. However, in our busy lives, it can be hard to connect with ourselves and our loved ones. My mission is to offer you a chance to slow down and reconnect with yourself, your partner(s), and other people and things that matter most to you. With an attachment-based, systemic, intergenerational approach, I aim to create a space where you feel truly seen and heard and where your life experiences and identities are honored. As your therapist, it is a treasure to work alongside you as you tap into the resources you already possess to create the change you would like to see.

My Journey
I have always been fascinated by the human experience. I naturally gravitated toward psychology at a young age and wanted to learn more and more about why we are the way that we are. This curiosity has culminated in my passion for deep self-knowing and my career as a relational and sex therapist.
Sex has piqued my interest ever since my teenage years. I am fueled by the idea that sexuality can be fluid across our lifetimes, and I am passionate about working with you to explore your unique sexual identity. As a queer woman, I recognize that the intersectionality of our various identities shapes our life experiences, including our close relationships and sex lives.
I practice contextual emotionally-focused therapy with the intention of guiding you toward the give-and-take balance in your relationships that works for you and toward new emotional experiences with your close others that cultivate trust and intimacy. This therapeutic approach is queer-affirming and challenges systems and ideas that hinder authentic self-expression.
Therapy has helped me immensely through my own mental health struggles, so I fully believe in its transformational power. We are all constantly undergoing change and discovery, and I am committed to doing my own self-work just as I am committed to collaborating with you on yours. I understand how vulnerable this work can be, and I am here to support you along the way with warmth and empathy.
When I am not in the office, I am likely enjoying live music, exploring the bountiful nature Oregon has to offer, snuggling with my cat, or diving into a board game with friends!
